With a vision for providing quality service and building something bigger than himself, the Gassert Properties Group founder and leader, Dustin Gassert, brings a blend of hands-on service and big-picture thinking. In addition, he has given keynote speeches and serves on the board of EXP’s nationwide Land and Farm division.
Known locally as “The Land Guy,” Dustin has 20 years of experience in the real estate business, which first started with flipping houses, then personally buying and selling real estate across multiple states, and has now grown to being professionally trained and personally mentored by global real estate leader Brian Buffini. Clients appreciate his laid-back style, negotiating strengths, and personal service.
Fun Facts: When he’s not at the closing table or chainsawing fallen tree limbs for his neighbors after storms, Dustin enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Rebekah Smith first trusted Dustin with the buying of her own property, and the experience inspired her to pursue her lifelong desire to serve as a realtor! She enjoys resourcing clients to help them realize their dreams, negotiating the best deal possible, and providing personalized care before, during, and long after the transaction.
With 24 moves under her belt across 5 different states, Rebekah especially loves guiding and welcoming out-of-state clients. With a compassionate heart and knowing that some moves bring excitement and some mark seasons of sadness, she is well-versed to support you in either.
Fun facts: Rebekah has spent time in 10 different countries, enjoys a good pun, and “sold” her first home at age 11!

B.S., Visual Storyteller
John Smith (yes that’s his real name) literally shines the light on your property, telling its unique story with compelling photos, videos, and licensed drone work. John serves as a Cinematographer by day at Ramsey Solutions, was the Director of Photography of Borrowed Future, and contributed to the documentary The Minimalists: Less Is Now. He’s been chosen to capture interviews with the likes of Mark Cuban, Mike Rowe, Seth Godin, and Donald Trump.
When John’s not behind a camera, you’ll find him turning wrenches on off-roading vehicles and serving as a nonprofit board member.
Fun Fact: John is Rebekah' Smith’s husband!
